RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Under the following conditions, The Cosmetics Fridge will provide high satisfaction return service.
Purchased merchandise must be in original condition, same as brand new. Final sale, clearance, or sale items are not refundable. Any exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of the customer receiving the product(s). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The original shipping cost is not refundable. (If there are our shipping mistakes, full cost will be refundable.)
Under any circumstances, following items are not returnable. Manufacturer defects are an exception.
All unsealed hair and skin care products. (eg. bottle, jar, spray, pump and tube type products, which are unsealed)
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
NOTE : If the packaging or product has been damaged, please do not send it to us. There will be extra charge for re-shipping the items.
